Responsibilities: –
- Assistant to Program Manager, you are responsible for the effective management of projects as assigned by the Program Manager
- Responsible for Request For Quote (RFQ) process, submission of quote to and follow-up with customer to obtain the order
- To lead the cross functional team to ensure the successful execution of the project under his responsibility
- To support any others assigned by superior
- To support ISO program activities, 6S activities and all company’s activities
- To establish rapport and relationship with customers
- To maintain constant communication and liaison with customers on future projects
- To generate sales order, job order and manage delivery
- To work with customer on spare parts requirements and technical service support
- To gather and feedback business information on customers, competitors and industries
- To coordinate customer visits
- To provide sales projection and forecast
- To provide leadership and organization skills in coordinating activities of various groups
- To ensure customer satisfaction at all time
Requirements: –
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Project and Customer management of automation equipment contract manufacturing projects
- Excellent technical communication and inter-personal skills
- Willing to travel
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- SAP knowledge a added advantage
- Able to write and communicate in fluent English
