Responsibilities: –
- Review & analyse all system and component information (from customer or from DED) for manufacturability
- Work with the Customer’s or DED engineers to ensure completeness & updated system BOM
- Work with Purchasing/Planning to update the MM/BOM into the SAP system
- Design and implement workflow, and document the Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI)
- Manufacturing support for all product technical issues on-line to meet customer acceptance criteria
- Support and train the Site Install team to handle technical issues during install & commissioning
- Support the Ops team to manage the Site team to ensure they meet customer targets
- Work with the Customer’s or DED engineers to ensure system fulfils specifications
- Follow-up with supplier’s engineers to resolve technical issues with their components
Requirements: –
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation tooling and control engineering
- Knowledge of Design and Implementation of work flow
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- SAP knowledge will be added advantage
- Willing to travel
