Responsibilities
- Member of manufacturing team in the assembly and integration of high technology automation equipment and electro-mechanical systems
- Responsible to ensure the manufacturing process meet the objective of delivery high quality products that meet the customer acceptance criteria and delivery timeline
- Expected to maintain a high level of workmanship and troubleshooting skill
- Expected to establish / perform manufacturing process layout, line balancing and manufacturing process instruction
- To support any others assigned by superior
- To support ISO program activities, 6S activities and all company’s activities
- To lead a team and perform set-up /commission of machine at customer site
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering or relates field
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing of automation equipment engineering
- Hands-on experience in equipment setup of mechanical assembly, electrical testing and debug of electro-mechanical systems
- Experience in manufacturing process layout and line balancing
- Must have an in knowledge of industry standards as they pertain to air pressure, Vacuum, Valve, vibration, Alignment, Relay, Magnetic, PLC and etc.
- Able to lead equipment set-up at customer’s premises
- Process good analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Reliable, independent and willing to travel when require
- Able to write and communicate in English
