Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieve long term strategic plan of expansion into key markets.
- Work with Senior Management in setting marketing strategy in line with overall company strategy and objectives.
- To lead, campaign and develop communications channel, materials to promote company’s products and services to target markets and prospects.
- Map out and consistently review the marketing plan, to build the visibility of company brand, generate the new opportunities / prospects convert into new clients
- Work closely with Sales & Program and Development team in providing high quality leads, identify gaps in the product or services provided, identify features or improvement to incorporate into our core business.
- Identify, organizing events, such as participating in exhibitions, visiting relevant seminars. Provide event materials, displays, presentation or handouts
- Develop, enhance new or existing relationships with key business contact, government segments, industry association, academic institutions etc for potential partnership collaboration work and business opportunities.
Requirements:-
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or Business Admin
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in market development, technical field of Semicon, LSHC and Optics industrial segments
- Knowledge and experience in factory automation technology not mandatory, will be added advantage.
- Pleasant, versatile and flexible with good interpersonal & communication skill
- Socially and IT savvy
- Regional travelling is expected
